Where our data comes from, and how we handle it.
Public company job posts (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable), company websites, and public professional and social profiles found through public search engines. We do not buy databases and do not scrape behind logins.
Company name and website, the public signal (job post, date, link), the decision maker's name, role, public profile links (LinkedIn, X, Telegram for web3), and a professional email address.
Email addresses are verified with a third-party verification service. We never use personal email addresses.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): B2B outreach to company decision makers about their professional role, limited to professional data.
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed at any time: Remove my data.
Records are reviewed regularly; signals older than 6 months are deleted.

Data about our customers and visitors. Form submissions (name, work email, agency, website, ICP description) used to deliver samples and follow up; basic analytics OUTIL ANALYTICS OU "none".

Retention, rights, contact. As in Data & GDPR; complaints to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Terms
Services. Delivery of B2B (and web3) lead data per package.
Use of data. For the customer's own outreach and their clients' campaigns; no resale of raw files as a database; customer responsible for compliant outreach (opt-out in every message, local laws).
Guarantee. Replacement of verified emails that hard-bounce within 14 days.
Exclusivity option. CONDITIONS EXCLUSIVITÉ.
Payment & cancellation. One-off Pilot; monthly plans cancellable anytime, no refund of the current month.
Liability. À RÉDIGER / RELIRE.
